Plan
Our partnership is a start. If you already have an idea for a custom glass bottle, we will work with you to resolve any obvious issues, meet your needs to the best of our ability, and put it straight into production. If you have no idea, we will provide a plan according to your needs and goals. During this process, we will communicate with you and modify it in time until you are satisfied.

Technical drawing
The second step is to give the specific dimensions of the bottle – height, capacity, hole diameter, bottom thickness, and the type of bottle mouth. If you do not have a clear data reference or idea, you can tell us the use of glass bottles, we will provide reference suggestions according to experience. Then we will make the technical drawings and send them to you for confirmation.

Rendering
Once the drawings are confirmed, we will determine all the dimensional parameters, digitize the new product, and render it very close to what the final product looks like. You can see the effect of the product directly. If you are not satisfied, we will take the next step to optimize for you.

Testing
Turn the design into reality in this step. We will contact our factory as soon as possible to produce sample bottles for you, including the surface treatment process to meet the glass bottles you neeed. This will take a little time, we will negotiate with you to confirm. If you like, we will produce as soon as possible and confirm the delivery date according to your order. If there is any problem with quality or design, we will contact our factory and design team to deal with it as soon as possible.

Production
Finally, mass production. From raw materials to quality control, the entire process is transparent, and we follow every step before shipping in order to provide you with a high quality bottle that you recognize.
